In keeping with our “Building Strong Communities through Community Collaboration”,
Sister CeCe & Brother Ayiti Bluez have partnered up to host Kemetic Yoga at Cerasee Farm every Sunday.
They lead participants through as series of poses, breathing, and meditation exercises
that are manageable and low strees on the mind and body.
What is Kemetic Yoga?
Kemetic yoga is a form of yoga that draws inspiration from the ancient Egyptian practices of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
